Returns & Exchanges


We take great care in every Berna piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we ask that you read the following carefully before initiating a return or exchange.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

• With hygiene liners fully intact

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within the timeframe stated on our website from the date of delivery.

All returns are paid by the customer, for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Due to our limited-run production model, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with our returns policy.

All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


Orders within Australia

For domestic orders, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as Berna is not responsible for items lost in transit.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the return.

Please clearly mark returned parcels as returned goods to avoid additional charges. Berna is not responsible for delays or fees incurred through customs.


Sale & Limited Pieces

Sale items, promotional items, and limited-release styles may be final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Please check product listings carefully before ordering.


Processing Time

Once received, returns are assessed within a reasonable timeframe. You will be notified once your return or exchange has been approved and processed.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the details provided on our website before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
